Francesca Page Collections Refund and Return Policy

At Francesca Page Collections, we pride ourselves on creating high-quality, handmade-to-order products with a low carbon footprint. Each piece of bespoke ocean magic takes time to craft, so we truly appreciate your patience. We can't wait for you to receive something special and magical!


Damaged Goods

If you’ve received a damaged or defective item, we’re here to help! We accept returns or replacements for:

  • Items received in a damaged condition
  • Items with defects

To process your claim:

  1. Submit your claim within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Take clear photographs of the damaged product and its packaging as soon as possible to do so, including:
    • The full package
    • Close-ups of the damage
    • Posting labels
    • Any defects on the product itself
  1. If delivered via courier or signed service, report the damage to the delivery person and photograph the damaged item with them present.
  2. Email your claim to francescapagecollections@gmail.com, including:
    • Your order number (in the email subject and body)
    • Attached photos of the damage

Unfortunately, we cannot process claims without clear photographic evidence or your order number. Once verified, we’ll either refund your payment or send a replacement.


Returns Non EU

Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed, we regret we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Return:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • For items valued over £50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

EU & EEA CONSUMER RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union (EU) or European Economic Area (EEA), you may have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after:

• The day you, or a third party nominated by you, receive the goods.
• For multiple goods delivered separately, the day the final item is received.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us before the withdrawal period expires using either:

• The online withdrawal function available on our website; or
• Email: francescapagecollections@gmail.com

Upon receiving your withdrawal request, we will provide confirmation of receipt on a durable medium (such as email).

EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL

If you validly withdraw from a purchase, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (where required by applicable law).

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.

We may withhold reimbursement until:

• We have received the returned goods; or
• You have provided evidence that the goods have been returned.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise required by law.

ITEMS EXCLUDED FROM THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Commissioned artwork created specifically for you.
• Personalised or custom-made prints.
• Artwork incorporating customer-supplied photographs, names, text or other personalised elements.
• Made-to-measure products.
• Digital downloads once delivery has begun and you have expressly consented to immediate access and acknowledged the loss of your withdrawal rights.
• Any other products exempt under applicable consumer protection legislation.

STANDARD RETURNS

For non-personalised items, including standard prints, books, and merchandise, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery provided that:

• The item is unused and in its original condition.
• The item is returned in its original packaging where reasonably possible.
• The item is not damaged due to customer handling beyond what is necessary to inspect it.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at:

Please include:

• Your order number.
• A description of the issue.
• Photographs showing the damage or defect.

Where appropriate, we will offer a replacement, repair, refund or other remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law.

ORIGINAL ARTWORK

Original artworks are unique pieces and should be inspected immediately upon arrival.

If an original artwork arrives damaged in transit, please notify us within 48 hours and retain all packaging materials to assist with any shipping claim.

Original artworks commissioned specifically for a customer are considered bespoke goods and are generally non-refundable except where faulty or damaged.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For size exchanges, you’ll need to return the original item and place a new order. Unfortunately, we cannot offer free-of-charge exchanges due to the low impact print to order method at FPC.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 working days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds:

  • Double-check your bank account.
  • Contact your credit card company, as refunds may take some time to post.
  • Reach out to your bank; processing times can vary.

Missing Items

As a small business, I cannot guarantee specific delivery timeframes; all delivery times provided are estimates only. An item will only be considered lost once the shipping provider's specified time frame for declaring an item as lost has passed.

Please note that during the festive season, shipping may take significantly longer. I sincerely thank you for your patience during this busy period.


Undelivered Items

In cases where an order remains unclaimed from delivery, customs fees have not been paid, or incorrect address information has been provided, I regret to inform you that no replacement or refund will be issued.
