At Francesca Page Collections, we are committed to creating high-quality products with a low carbon footprint. Most items are handmade to order, allowing us to focus on sustainability and reducing waste. Our bespoke ocean magic takes time, so we thank you for your patience. We can’t wait to deliver something truly special and magical to you.

Shipping destinations

Francesca Page Collections currently ships to the following locations: the UK, Europe, Jersey, Isle of Man, USA, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. We apologise for any inconvenience if your location is not included in this list.

Important Notice

We regret to inform you that we are currently unable to ship all art prints, original paintings and freediving fins to any country within the EU, including Northern Ireland. This is due to recent changes in GSPR regulations. We are actively reviewing our options and hope to resume sales to EU customers in the future.

General Shipping Information

Francesca Page Collections is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

Clothing and Accessories

All apparel is made to order in the USA or Europe, with shipping from the closest location. For customers outside these regions, import taxes may apply.

Shipping Costs:

  • UK: £5.00
  • USA: £3.50
  • Canada: £5.00
  • Australia/New Zealand: £5.00
  • EU: £5.00

Additional costs may apply for orders with multiple items. All items are sent tracked.

Delivery Time:

  • USA/EU/UK: 7-22 days after purchase, depending on location.
  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched.

Processing Time: Most items are handmade to order to minimise waste. Please allow 5-20 days for production before shipping. During this time, updates on order progress will not be provided. Once your order is ready, we’ll send you an email with tracking details.

Customs/Duties: Orders over £135 to the UK may incur import duty. Customs fees vary by country and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Freedive Fins

All Freediving Fins are made to order in Australia. For customers outside this region, import taxes may apply.

Shipping Costs:

  • Australia/New Zealand: Free
  • USA/Canada: £10.00
  • UK: £20.00
  • EU: Cannot currently ship to the EU.

All items are sent via courier, typically DHL.

Delivery Time:

  • Australia/New Zealand: 14-21 days after purchase or the end of the pre-order period.
  • USA/UK: 21-28 days after purchase or the end of the pre-order period.

Processing Time: Freedive fins are handmade to order, with production taking approximately 2 weeks. Updates will not be provided during this time. Once your fins are ready, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.

Customs/Duties: Shipping fees do not include customs or duty charges. These vary by country and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Prints

All prints are made to order in London, UK. For customers outside this region, import taxes may apply.

Shipping Costs:

  • UK: £5.00
  • USA/Canada/Australia: £5.00
  • EU: Cannot currently ship to the EU.

All prints are sent tracked and signed for, typically via courier (e.g., DHL).

Delivery Time:

  • UK: 1-2 weeks for delivery.
  • International: 2-3 weeks for delivery.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for prints to be made before shipping. Tracking information will be provided once dispatched.

Customs/Duties: Customs and duty charges may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility. Francesca Page Collections cannot be held responsible for these fees.

Packaging: We use plastic-free packaging for all print orders. Please recycle or reuse the packaging to support a healthier environment for our ocean friends.

Additional Information

Delays: While we strive to deliver orders promptly, delays may occur due to natural disasters, holiday periods, or unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience and promise your order will be worth the wait.
