Rainbow City – Story behind the artwork
Rainbow City is inspired by my time spent diving on the Great Barrier Reef back in 2019. I was so captivated by the incredible colourful life I experienced from the corals to the animals that call this rainbow city their home. I loved drifting over the coral reef from above, getting a unique bird’s eye view on this incredible ecosystem, full of life, magic and wonder. When I got back to my studio in the UK my mind was racing with inspiration from the incredible diving I had just experienced. So I got to work planning and creating Rainbow City.
