At Francesca Page Collection we care about climate change and creating as little waste and impact on the planet as possible. Following from this we focus on creating most of our products to order. Therefore we have a very strict no returns policy, unless the item is damaged or defective.
Received a damaged item? Don’t worry! We will happily accept returns of our products under the following circumstances:
+ The item was received damaged
+ There is a defect in the item
We will gladly refund your money or replace the items for the above reasons. Please ensure that claims for damaged/defective items are submitted within 20 days of your item being delivered. Please also make sure to take clear photo’s of the damaged product packaging (whole package, close up of the damage, etc. including the posting labels) before opening any of the packaging. If there is any damage to the product inside then please also take photos clearly showing the damage as well as any defects to the product. For items delivered by courier or signed for service please also report the damage to the delivery person and take a photo of the damaged item with the delivery service. If you can’t show us clear photographic evidence of the damage or defect unfortunately no further action can be taken. Please send photos to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note you must send us your order number in the header of the email as well as imbedded into the email. Without an order number and clear photos we will not be able to take further action and process a refund.
Due to the fact we make most of our beautiful products to order we cannot accept exchanges or provide refunds on any products.
For clothing please ensure you check our size charts carefully. These can be found embedded in each product info section. Here at Francesca Page Cllections we have the mentality of shop with intention, buy durable and wear longer. If you receive your item of clothing and it doesn’t fit please consider gifting it to a friend to minimise waste and make someone else’s day.
REFUNDS & RETURNS - Clothing, all accessories, Freediving fins & Prints
Clothing, Freediving fins & Prints are non-refundable. Once you have purchased your ocean magic the order may not be cancelled. If there is damage to the order upon arrival, please send photo's to > email@example.com < to be reviewed – all orders are carefully packaged and sent with love.
Handling instructions for prints
Our giclée prints, Illustration prints and scientific prints are exceptional museum quality, professionally printed on heavy weight paper. The care taken during the copying, digital image handling and printing mean that my artwork prints are virtually indistinguishable from the original. As such, to look perfect they should be treated with as much care as you would an original. All prints are packaged with great care and love with the aim of arriving with you in perfect condition.
To ensure that you can treasure my artwork for years to come I recommend a few simple steps:
- They should be unpackaged and handled with great care – clean hands and surfaces whilst avoiding any finger prints on the surface of the print. If in doubt, simply let a reputable framer handle the print for you.
- I recommend having our prints professionally framed. Good framers will be able to help you decide on a frame and mount style to suit both my artwork as well as your personal preferences, allowing my artwork to look beautiful in your home.
- As with all artwork, to prevent long term damage prints should be displayed where they will not be subject to direct sunlight.
